Fraser Patterson - Managing Director

Fraser is the founder of Onis and has 12 years trade and management experience in the residential and commercial building industry as well as a background in land referencing and mathematical research. He sets the overall strategy and vision for Onis and ensures that everyone is working together in a common direction. He continues to perform the role of Customer Manager on certain projects so that he can oversee the customer experience and get a first hand understanding of where improvements can be made.

Anna Karp - Director

Anna is leading in the development of Onis' policy and operational processes, which help improve the day to day running of the company. She is responsible for finding ways in which client needs can better met by the Onis team. With an MSc in Environmental Assessment and Evaluation from the LSE, Anna brings over seven years of experience in consulting. Her top clients have included the United Kingdom's DFID and DEFRA, the United Nations FAO, the African Union's NEPAD and the University of Edinburgh.

Roger Farrow MRICS - Senior Quantity Surveyor

Roger ensures that we provide effective cost solutions to our customers' refurbishment requirements and that the "price is right". He has wide experience in Proactive Cost Management and is committed to achieving Best Value for Money for Onis customers. Roger is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS - Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and has over 30 years experience working on a wide variety of project types. These include domestic refurbishment projects ranging from £20k to £1.8m - many with high profile clients - and commercial projects ranging from £2.8m listed building refurbishments to £50m new builds.

Sang Hee Lee - Junior Architect

Sang Hee successfully completed the Interior and Spatial Design BA course at the Chelsea College of Art & Design. Previous studies include short courses in painting, textile design, graphic design and pencil drawing as well as AutoCad. She has worked in both Korea and the UK doing CAD and modeling, and brings a just out of Academia breath of fresh air to our Design team.

Ana Sanabria - Office Administrator

Ana Sanabria’s role is to support in administration, procurement and purchasing within the design department. She ensures that products are specified according to our clients’ taste and budget.  With a design background, Ana is currently undertaking a Product Design degree at Central St Martin’s College of Art and Design, where she has also studied interior design through short courses. Her previous academic experience includes two years of Industrial design studies at Universidad de Los Andes in Bogota, Colombia. In the UK she has recently completed a summer placement for Laing O’ Rourke, a design and build company. In Bogota she worked with an architectural an engineering firm, Vargas Velandia, within the corporate branding team.

Steve Barton - Communications Advisor

Steve is responsible for ensuring that Onis communicates its service offering clearly and accurately. He brings over 20 years of communications agency experience having worked for agencies such as OgilvyOne and Leo Burnett on blue chip brands such as Microsoft, IBM, Kodak and Unilever. He now provides marketing consultancy for business start-ups as well as established brands as Barton Consulting. He was elected President of WOM UK, the Word Of Mouth association in 2007. And he is a regular speaker at conferences and corporate events on such topics as word of mouth marketing, advertising, and relationship marketing. Steve grew up in Rocky River, Ohio and graduated from Brown University in 1984 with a degree in Organisational Behaviour and Management.
