Scope of Work:	Full refurbishment of a small flat.

Customer Brief: Our client and her partner are a young professional couple who see this flat as their first property investment - it will be their home for the next couple of years, when they hope to find a bigger property. This is a basic refurbishment, which will improve the standards of the main entrance, garden, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The flat is spread over the first floor (patio/garden) second floor (kitchen & living room) and 3rd floor (2 bedrooms and a bathroom) of a converted Georgian house.

Onis Approach: We have produced a design to fit the client needs, with off the shelf kitchen cupboards toppled with lush cherry kitchen tops. The kitchen has been given a seventies feel with a chequered black and white floor.
