Extension

Customer Brief: As part of their full home refurbishment our client wants to increase their living space. From the start they wanted a rear bathroom extension at fourth floor level as well as a mansard roof extension. The planners indicated that they would not allow a mansard. We in now in the process of applying for a roof terrace instead.

Onis Approach: We are steaming ahead with a large scale, two story glazed extension which will modernize the space significantly. The extension will add a contemporary look and will increase the floor area. It will enlarge the family space and and access to light thus brightening up the family environment considerably.
