Full Refurbishment

Customer Brief: We were asked to convert a 4,500 sq ft Grade II listed building from a house of multiple occupancy -containing 12 bed sits - into a single family dwelling. The project involves turning the lower ground floor into a separate flat, building a glass fronted two story rear extension, adding a mansard and undertaking a complete internal refurbishment. The family has a clear idea of what they want, what they like, and more importantly, what they don't like. Their approach is to pay the utmost detail to the home being children friendly and flexible enough to change as the family grows. The husband in particular keeps a close tab on costs.

Onis Approach: We are responsible for the complete design and refurbishment of this sizeable property. Our focus is to give the family what they want by keeping a close communication line during the design process.
