Project Address:

Hackney, London

Scope of Work:

Design and build new contemporary kitchen, new bathroom and loft conversion.

Customer Brief: After just moving in to their new home together our clients needed a more contemporary kitchen that allowed more natural light in and provided a better use of space. They also needed a new bathroom and additional space within the house generally. This they decided could best be achieved by converting the loft. Everything had to have the WOW factor to impress their friends and family, and enjoy living in of course.

Onis Response: Using the customers budget whilst paying attention to their design requirements we advised them how best to maximise their budget and property value by focusing solely on the kitchen and bathroom and leave the loft conversion until they could afford it as opposed to rushing in to it all immediately for less than the desired result. We designed their kitchen to maximise natural light and floor space and provided cost saving solutions throughout the whole design phase. The bathroom was designed from scratch and is entirely bespoke with a shower/bath unit designed by us and crafted from raw materials on site. The finish to both is of the highest standard and the customer was delighted.

Customer Comment: "We wanted to have a new kitchen and bathroom in our new home but didn't know where to start. We found Onis on-line and were impressed by the information and advice they provided and the transparency of their processes. The design and execution of the project was exemplary and the quality of the workmanship is 10 out 10. Our friends are blown away by the transformation too. The fact that everything is in-house, the design, engineers, builders etc makes it easier. We love what Onis are trying to do with the home refurbishment industry and they are definitely on to something." Mr and Mrs Edwards
